FBLA Purpose

The purpose of FBLA is to provide, as an integral part of the instructional program, additional integrated learning opportunities for students to develop career supportive competencies and to promote civic and personal responsibilities.   What is FBLA?
Future Business Leaders of America is a student run organization for students interested in a possible career or have a great interest in business-related fields.
FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) is a non-profit organization of dynamic young people.  The organization works in conjunction with Business Education to enhance the learning experience of students through competitive events, leadership development and scholarship.  Council Rock High School North FBLA is celebrating its 5th anniversary since rebuilding and looks forward to many more years of positive growth. CRN FBLA has over 140 members and 100 attended their regional conference this year. Why be in FBLA?
Its mission is to bring business and education together in a fun and rewarding way.  Through leadership and career development, competition and networking with local business/people.  Also FBLA looks great on a resume or college application.

What does Council Rock North FBLA do for students?

Professional Activities- Visits/tours to local companies.
Competitions-
Regional, state and national business competitions in 72 different events like public speaking, computer applications, desktop publishing, investing, accounting, etc. test your skill.
Fundraising Activities- 
To finance business related field trips, competitions and activities.
Service and Civic Activities- 
Toy-for-Tots, Empty Bowl Canned Food Drive, and March-of-Dimes.
