BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Our annual Black History Month celebration is celebrated with Mr. Keith Spencer.  Mr. Spencer is a multi-talented vocalist.  He has performed on Broadway, has toured the world and has been very active in the Bucks County theatre world.  Every year Mr. Spencer brings his Civil Rights Through Music program to Council Rock North.  This is an engaging program where he sings popular songs of the Civil Rights Movement and narrates the story and struggle of the 1960s Civil Rights Movement.
