FACILITIES USE APPLICATION PROCESS
FORMS AND POLICIES   APPLICATION PROCESS
  • Procure the application and submit it at least 30 days prior to requested use to Angela Demaio via fax at 215-942-4653 or email to angela.demaio@crsd.org
  • Completed applications for the seasonal gym or field use should be sent directly to Angela Demaio
  • Non-seasonal applications may be sent directly to the building for initial approval
  • Provide current Certificate of Liability Insurance 2-3 weeks before approved use to Angela Demaio
  • Usage fees are due within ten days of the approved use
  • Custodial charges will be billed after use and are due within 10 days of the invoice date
