Mr. Vincent Sherpinsky

Vincent Sherpinsky – Educator & Public Education Advocate, BCIT Department Chair 

Vincent Sherpinsky is a seasoned educator and public education advocate with over 19 years of teaching experience in the Council Rock School District in Newtown, Pennsylvania. He specializes in Business, Computers, and Information Technology (BCIT) and served for 20 years as the Senior Advisor for the Council Rock North FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Club, one of Pennsylvania’s largest and most successful chapters. 

Under his leadership, the CRN FBLA has grown to over 300 members, consistently earning top honors at regional, state, and national competitions. His commitment to student development through leadership, career readiness, and civic engagement has made a lasting impact on the school community. 

Sherpinsky is also a Cooperative Education Coordinator, helping students gain real-world experience through internships and business partnerships. In 2017, he was honored as one of ten Axalta All-Pro Teachers, a recognition sponsored by the Philadelphia Eagles and Axalta Coating Systems for excellence in STEM education and community involvement.  

He holds degrees from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Saint Joseph’s University, and is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Gwynedd Mercy University. Sherpinsky is certified to teach; Business, Computers, and Information Technology, Technology Education, Cooperative Education, Marketing and Distributive Education, Social Studies, and Safety and Driver Education. He is also the Senior Advisor for the National Business Honor Society (NBHS). 


Mr. Stephen Schrack

Stephen Schrack – Educator, Coach & Entrepreneurial Leader 

Stephen Schrack is an innovative and motivational educator at Council Rock High School North in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where he teaches Business, Computers, and Information Technology (BCIT). With a professional background spanning over 35 years in leadership, business management, and education, Mr. Schrack brings a wealth of real-world experience to his classroom, inspiring students through engaging, technology-integrated lessons in entrepreneurship, business law, management, and marketing. 

He assists with the Council Rock North FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) chapter, one of Pennsylvania’s premier student business organizations, where he mentors students in competitive events, leadership development, and community engagement. In addition, he is the Co-Advisor for the CRN School Store, helping students gain hands-on retail and operations experience, and the Advisor for the National Youth Think Tank (NYTT) Club, which connects students with national peers to address real-world issues through policy research and civic innovation. Mr. Schrack also serves as Advisor for the Entrepreneurship Club, guiding students as they develop innovative business ideas and explore startup concepts aligned with modern industry trends. 

Prior to education, Schrack held multiple senior leadership roles in the business sector, including Director of Corporate Studios for Restore Hyper Wellness and District Manager for Cost Plus World Market, where he led multi-state teams, managed operations and budgets, and achieved record performance growth. 

Mr. Schrack holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Albright College. His diverse experiences as a business professional, educator, and mentor continue to shape his student-centered approach, preparing the next generation of leaders to innovate, think critically, and make a positive impact in their communities. 


Mrs. Eileen Ladzinski

Eileen Ladzinski - Passionate Business Educator 

Mrs. Ladzinski earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Psychology, as well as her graduate degree in Education, from Gwynedd Mercy University. Before joining the Business Office at Council Rock, where she worked for five years, she gained valuable experience in finance within the healthcare industry. 

A proud graduate of Council Rock North, Mrs. Ladzinski is excited to return to the Council Rock community as part of the teaching staff in 2025. In addition to Business, Computers, and Information Technology (BCIT), she holds teaching certifications in Elementary Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Technology Education. 

Mrs. Ladzinski currently teaches Honors Accounting, Honors Finance, and Honors Marketing. She is passionate about helping students connect classroom learning to real-world business experiences and develop the skills they’ll use beyond high school. 


Mr. Daniel Martinelli

Daniel Martinelli 

Mr. Martinelli is a high school teacher in the Business Department and is also certified to teach Social Studies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Gwynedd Mercy University and is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences that support student growth. His educational background reflects a strong commitment to effective instruction and student-centered learning. 

Mr. Martinelli brings a diverse range of real-world professional experience into the classroom, including work in finance, customer service, and operations. He currently teaches Accounting, Sports and Entertainment Marketing, Computer Applications, and Personal Finance and Investing, using real-world examples to help students understand how classroom concepts connect to practical, everyday decision-making. His instruction emphasizes real-life skills, problem-solving, and preparing students for success in both college and career pathways. 

As an educator, Mr. Martinelli focuses on building students’ financial literacy, critical thinking, and workplace readiness skills while fostering confidence and responsibility. He is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages students to challenge themselves and develop practical skills for life beyond high school. Mr. Martinelli also serves as the sponsor of the Pickleball Club, where he promotes teamwork, school spirit, and positive student connections outside the classroom.
